Fortunate to work with nature again 😀
It has been nagging me for a while to look for more of a combination with green and gray. After all, working with greenery is what I studied for; Forestry and nature technology. I have now found that in abundance in our new company Save Lodge | Netherlands, together with René Notenbomer and the save plastics team, we are working on greening our urban area.
When Nico Wissing challenged us to design twenty green bicycle sheds for the Rivierduinen project in Silvolde, we immediately said yes!
A special project in which a former factory site has been transformed into a beautiful nature-inclusive residential area. The residents live in the middle of the restored Rivierduinen landscape. Green bicycle sheds fit in very well here. And how proud we are that Minister Hugo de Jonge came to see with his own eyes the end result we designed and built ourselves.
