Sometimes it is necessary to reinforce products, for example if they can be used as underbeams for bridges or as purlins for a sheet pile wall. In that case, we put reinforcing steel in the molds and produce products that are sometimes up to 20 times stronger. Then fewer piles are needed and it is safer. You can still simply screw in it and the steel is in many cases completely enclosed by the plastic.

With our steel-reinforced beams it is possible to design bridges, jetties and decking with much larger spans. This allows the client to save on material and labor costs. On request we can have the construction calculated or drawn for you.
