In 2010, Save Plastics introduced the world’s first climate-positive lighting column. The lamppost was developed in collaboration with consultancy and engineering firm Tauw and is made from 100% recycled plastic. Save Plastics has now supplied more than 1,000 light poles in the Netherlands.
The light pole is not affected by dog urine and lasts much longer than existing light poles. The twist? The mast is dynamic and reacts to solar heat. Because the mast is available with various adapters, it is possible to place any desired fixture on the mast. Per mast, 95 kg of waste plastic is saved from the incinerator or the environment. A very safe and sustainable choice!

The light poles of our recycled household plastic are indistinguishable from the real thing. They are produced in many sizes and shapes and thus bring a conscious appearance to a residential area or industrial estate. Each mast can be delivered in various sizes and, with its very long maintenance-free lifespan, is a logical choice.
